CONTRUCTION METHODOLOGY
Enex frames are individually hand-crafted paying extreme attention to every detail.Each and every frame is manufactured using the finest grades of aluminium and utilises a fusion method of TIG-Welding to bond the tubes reliably.This method ensures true and strong bonding to eliminate the possibility of cracking or breaking on the seams.
All frames are assembled and welded in custom-jigs which ensures perfect registration and alignment and allowing made-to-measure sizing to suit individual dimensions.Requests for individual size requirements can be placed when ordering direct from Energy Express.
PAINT & DECAL COLOURS
We at Energy Express recognize the need for individuality and echo this by offering each cyclist the opportunity of selecting a colour-scheme to suit his/her taste.Each bicycle is hand-sprayed to a high gloss and durable finish.
